The kitchen was remodeled in the early 2000's with solid oak custom cabinets and drawers. It was repainted last year in 2023. The chandelier in the dining room was a beautiful piece found at an estate sale adding to the overall charm of the house. The outdoor porch is great for Halloween trick-or-treating and relaxation. The TV room in the front of the house is quiet with nice light and a good view of the outside happenings. Esther added stained glass to enhance the room. The downstairs bedroom is en-suite to a rebuilt full bathroom with marble tile and beautiful chandelier lights in the ceiling. Esther also made built-in stained glass windows herself with a window leading to a 4-season sunroom built in the 2000s. The sunroom has its own air conditioning/heating element and thermostat. All windows open and close easily. Upstairs was completely redone, as it used to be an apartment when she bought the home in 1998.
