Entrant hereby enters into the contest: “Tucker Benner Realty Monthly Home Improvement Contest, 2023” which is sponsored and hosted by Tucker Benner Realty, LLC. The dates of the campaign will begin at 12:00 am and end on 11:59 pm of the 1^st and the last of the month; for each month that the contest is run. Tucker Benner Realty, LLC; its agents, and/or assigns reserves the right to start and stop; or pause the contest without notice. This entire contest, including all monthly contests, ends December 31^st, 2023 at 11:59 pm EDT.

Eligibility is open to any legal resident of the United States of America over 18 years of age. You do not have to be a client of Tucker Benner Realty, LLC to participate and no purchase is necessary. Employees and family members of Tucker Benner Realty, LLC are not eligible to enter the contest. Winners from the previous month are also ineligible for entry into the month after they won. Past winners can win again, only after the month period following their win. Eligibility is the responsibility of the entrant, and we reserve the right to void the contest entry if ineligibility is later determined. Eligibility also coincides with the lawful and legal use of the platform in which the entrant uses to enter the contest, including age and content requirements and the entrant hereby takes full responsibility for the content posted, including but not limited to copyright or inappropriate content.

Entrants must submit their photos and/or description to the posts on social media, and must like the original post, and share the post to be considered, and as determined by Tucker Benner Realty, LLC between the hours of 12:00 am on the first day of each month the contest is running; and before 11:59 pm on the last day of each month the contest is running. Entrants must adhere to any posted rules in the post; inability to follow the instructions may result in voiding the entry for that contest month.

Winners of the monthly contest will receive a gift card with an amount, and from a source, to be  determined by Tucker Benner Realty, LLC and as stated in the post announcing the new monthly contest, on or around the 1^st of the month in which the contest(s) are held.  

Winners will be determined by Tucker Benner Realty, LLC by random selection; unless otherwise stated and specified in the contest kick-off announcement(s). Selection will happen sometime in the month following the completion of the previous month’s contest. For example, contests ending on January 31^st will be decided in the month of February.

The winner of the contest will be announced on the same outlets, or social media platform(s) in which the contest kick-off announcement(s) appeared. Winners typically are revealed in a video; and announced on the same outlets, or social media platform(s) in which the contest kick-off announcement(s) appeared; otherwise will be named in writing on the post.

Winners can claim their prize by contacting Tucker Benner Realty, LLC on the platform(s) in which the entries appeared, via the provided method of interpersonal communication. Otherwise, entrants can send in their claim request in writing to Tucker Benner Realty, LLC, 2747 Lakeshore Drive, Twin Lake, MI 49457 and must include the date of the post, the platform, and your name, username, and month in which you were a winner. A list of former winners can be obtained by mailing in a written request to the address above.

Entries may be saved, archived, or may otherwise be destroyed or deleted after the contest period ends, at the sole discretion of Tucker Benner Realty, LLC; its agents, and/or assigns. Entries and publicly posted communications may be used by Tucker Benner Realty, LLC in marketing or advertising; either for future contests; or as marketing for Tucker Benner Realty, LLC services or public relations. Tucker Benner Realty, LLC reserves the right to republish information you provide to the contest, including but not limited to the images, descriptions, username, real name, profile picture, date of posting, any commentary provided by the entrant, etcetera. Tucker Benner Realty, LLC will never sell nor share your personal information. You may request a removal of a post in writing by sending a written request, including the date of the post, the platform, and your name, username, and description of the media in question to Tucker Benner Realty, LLC at 2747 Lakeshore Drive, Twin Lake, MI 49457.

Tucker Benner Realty, LLC reserves all rights to the contest, its content, and all commentary including but not limited to post comments, reactions, reposts, and reserves the right to republish on platforms and from websites that Tucker Benner Realty, LLC, its agents and/or assigns own and/or operate. Any unlawful, or restricted use of, or participation in, this contest is prohibited; and will render the entrant permanently ineligible for future contests. All entrants must abide by the rules of the platform in which they enter the contest. Entries made via comments to the website, or through other means not specified in the contest announcement(s) may be voided; at the discretion of Tucker Benner Realty, LLC. Contest rules are subject to change without notice. Entering into this contest by participation binds the entrant to these rules, subject to the laws of the State of Michigan and The United States of America.
