| We had been through the selling/buying process before and had very poor experiences with multiple different realtors. Lack of interest and concern for our needs being a common theme (when you say you don’t want to live in a subdivision and you are only brought to subdivisions/not coming to closing/not answering questions after a week/etc). The complete opposite experience from five star real estate. From the start the Tucker/Benner team was incredible. Any questions prior to viewing houses all had been answered in a timely manner. Amy showed us multiple houses and Karen did some follow ups. Both were very hands on digging deep and doing a “pre-inspection” of the property. Knocked off a few potential homes after noticing major work needed not mentioned on the listing! They sent suggestions for mortgage/title companies/insurance without asking for them. They make it simplified and streamlined. Any concern we brought to them they had already been investigating. All text/emails were responded to in minutes and every call was answered. I was out of state at closing but Marilyn was there to answer any questions that my wife had and eased her mind.
