The forest is a mix of rolling hardwood ridges, valleys of thick softwoods, and brushy low ground that follows along the 1200 or so feet of creek frontage. Sucker Creek winds its way across the entire property from southeast to northwest. The creek is located approximately 300 or so feet from the road. Currently there isn't a bridge over the creek. Access to the back half of the property is by wading across the creek, so bring along some waterproof boots.
