They take it personally, meaning they are real people that treat you like a new friend not just a client, professional and knowledgeable plus willing to go a step above if needed. When our house hadn’t sold after 2 mo we decided on an open house, they literally walked the local blocks and handed out flyers to neighbors(you never know who might know someone interested), plus they made it a food drive for charity of our choice to increase traffic, our house sold. They had a tough struggle getting us in the home we wanted but stuck with us and fought for us the whole time, very thankful for their efforts!
