Initial Meeting
We will talk about the process of buying a home and ask what you are hoping to find.

We will discuss specific relevant timelines.

Set Up Search
We will search the Multiple Listing Service at least once a day. We will send listings to you as they become available.

You can change your search criteria at any time. Just let us know.


Schedule Showings
When you see a listing that you would like to see we will schedule a showing and will meet you there.

Show Property
We will provide printout of the listing sheet, seller’s disclosures and lead based paint disclosure. We use our knowledge to point out potential concerns relative to each home. We can also help assess costs to renovate or repair.

Market Analysis
When you are considering an offer, a market analysis will help assess the value of the home or property. We will provide this for you.

Write a Purchase Agreement
Either in person or electronically, we are prepared to write your Purchase Agreement and associated documents for your offer.

Process Paperwork
With the assistance of our closing coordinator, we will manage all paperwork involved in closing of your home or property.

Inspections
There are several qualified inspectors in the area that we will recommend. We will help coordinating the inspection with the seller’s agent. Then we are prepared to discuss how the inspection went and discuss our next steps for moving forward.

Communication
It is important that for all of us to know the process/progress. We will check in with you to provide updates and address any questions or concerns along the way.

Closing
Once title work and/or mortgage is ready, we will schedule the closing. We will provide a Settlement Statement which outlines all costs involved in your purchase.

We will be present at closing to ensure you are comfortable and to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding any of the documents you will sign at that time.
